Checking Out Random MMORPGs in September 2024 Part 5

After checking out 10 games so far this month, we’ve accomplished proving Steam’s libertarian approach to store management results in many dead games for sale moreso than we’ve shown any quality titles. At least today’s games can actually be played still.

Jay Fighter: Remastered is a solo project by Taliyah Pottruff that has apparently been retired as of 2023. It sits at 190 positive reviews and 68 negative reviews with the most common mention in the reviews being the one achievement based on killing a single enemy. The single player still works but multiplayer and the sole achievement are no longer accessible in the current build.

I’ll explain how to play the multiplayer version. First, press windows key + R. The run window will appear. Type “steam://open/console” in the Run box and press OK.

This should cause your Steam window to appear but with an extra tab called “CONSOLE”. In the entry field, type “download_depot 665890 665893 7920408001856560739”
