Checking Out 20 Random MMORPGs in August (GAMES #2–6)
Let’s start with a recap:
- Citywars Savage MMO — 0/5 (game is no longer an MMORPG)
I tried 5 additional MMORPGs today. None of the games were playable as MMORPGs. One was playable with a single player sandbox mode (Hazordhu). Let’s go over the five games.
Hazordhu is a Byond game. For a Byond game, this is quite impressive. Every item is player-made. The world changes based on player actions. The problem is that this game was apparently abandoned quite awhile ago. Considering the game is $9.99 and doesn’t offer anything except a single player sandbox mode, I can’t recommend it. For the purpose of this MMORPG list — there is no MMORPG here. 0/5
Dream back is an action RPG MMO that is no longer online. It received 61% positive reviews when it was still available. No playable game here now. 0/5
